Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, expert customer service at the pâtisserie / petit café counter, advising clients and responding to enquiries.
  • Manage daily opening and closing tasks for the counter, including product presentation, tasting offers and merchandising.
  • Monitor product freshness and shelf life (DLC), control stock rotation, receive and unpack deliveries, and perform daily restocking.
  • Drive sales through product presentation, tastings and complementary-selling techniques to increase average transaction value and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the visual appeal and animation of the counter area, ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Participate in routine hygienic maintenance, cleaning, inventory tasks and adherence to food-safety rules.

Qualifications
