Bon Marché Group seeks full-time Occupational Health Nurse in Paris for workplace health and safety role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide care for acute and occupational injuries with thorough documentation and reporting to HR and payroll departments
- Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) analysis for new office-based employees
- Administer vaccinations and manage immunization records
- Develop and disseminate workplace health education and participate in prevention awareness campaigns
- Facilitate and animate the annual Safety Day event
- Manage employee work-ability retention files and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team on workplace disability initiatives
- Monitor and maintain occupational health key performance indicators
- Coordinate interim and temporary worker health scheduling
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are maintained and readily accessible
- Participate in the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT) meetings
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d'État Infirmier - DEI)
- Level 2 Emergency Care and First Aid Certification (AFGSU niveau 2)
- Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent pedagogical abilities
- Ability to work independently
