Groupe Bon Marché — Paris: Occupational Health Nurse (CDI, full-time) to provide workplace care, vaccination, prevention and return-to-work case management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical care for workplace illnesses and injuries, including first aid and accident management.
- Maintain and update the medical care register and ensure timely reporting to Payroll/HR.
- Conduct musculoskeletal disorder (TMS) risk assessments for new hires in office-based roles and provide ergonomic advice.
- Administer vaccinations and maintain vaccination records.
- Design and deliver health prevention initiatives and participate in awareness campaigns and the annual Safety Day.
- Manage occupational health case files related to retention and return-to-work, liaising with HR and managers.
- Collaborate with the CSR/RSE team on workplace disability inclusion actions.
- Monitor, report and maintain health KPIs.
- Ensure planning and coordination of temporary staffing related to health services.
- Maintain availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.
- Represent the health service as a member of the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee).
Qualifications
- State Registered Nurse diploma (Diplôme d’État Infirmier, DEI).
- AFGSU level 2 (Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d’Urgence) — required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience; experience in occupational health or corporate medical services strongly preferred.
- Proven interpersonal skills, strong listening ability and pedagogical aptitude; able to work autonomously and in a small team.
