Groupe Bon Marché — Paris: Occupational Health Nurse (CDI, full‑time). On‑site nursing, vaccinations, TMS risk analysis and employee case management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site nursing care for minor ailments and work‑related injuries, including triage, first aid and follow‑up.
  • Maintain the medical care register and complete all required notifications and documentation for Payroll/HR.
  • Conduct risk analyses related to musculoskeletal disorders (TMS) for newly appointed employees in desk roles.
  • Administer vaccinations and maintain vaccination records according to occupational health protocols.
  • Deliver prevention and health‑promotion activities, including advice, awareness sessions and participation in awareness campaigns.
  • Support and animate the annual Safety Day and other health & safety events.
  • Manage and follow up dossiers related to job retention and workplace reintegration; liaise with HR and line managers.
  • Collaborate with the CSR (RSE) team on initiatives related to workplace disability and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on health KPIs; contribute to continuous improvement of occupational health metrics.
  • Coordinate interim staffing schedules for the occupational health unit and ensure medical equipment availability and upkeep.
  • Participate in the CSSCT (health, safety and working conditions committee) and related meetings.

Qualifications

  • State Registered Nurse diploma (Diplôme d'État Infirmier, DEI).
  • AFGSU level 2 (Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d'Urgence) required.
  • Professional indemnity and any statutory registrations required to practise in France.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, strong listening ability and excellent pedagogical aptitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and integrate within a multidisciplinary HR/occupational health team.
