Le Bon Marché is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Officer to support the Prevention, Health and Safety Manager and coordinate occupational risk prevention across its three brands. The role is a full-time, 4-month fixed-term contract starting in September 2026, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the coordination and management of occupational risk prevention initiatives, from co-development through implementation and follow-up.
- Support the annual facilitation and updating of the Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP).
- Help deploy, monitor and facilitate the PAPRIPACT with all stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support teams on workplace health and safety matters.
- Contribute to the development, monitoring and analysis of health and safety performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the preparation and facilitation of health and safety topics with employee representative bodies (CSE and CSSCT).
- Help design and deliver risk-prevention awareness initiatives and training.
- Support operational teams in developing and monitoring prevention plans.
- Contribute to investigations of workplace accidents, near misses and hazardous situations, then help track action plans and share lessons learned.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in occupational risk prevention, health and safety, ideally in retail.
- Strong understanding of occupational risks.
- Strong customer and service orientation, with a hands-on approach and the ability to serve as a key point of contact for operational teams.
- Recognized leadership, adaptability, listening and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized and rigorous, with discretion, a teaching approach and the ability to propose solutions on complex, high-impact organizational issues.
