Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and verify purchase orders, entering order data into systems and transmitting orders to suppliers
  • Produce seasonal buying books and maintain purchasing documentation
  • Create and onboard new supplier accounts; request and manage administrative documentation
  • Monitor, update, and maintain product and brand referencing within the merchandising system
  • Prepare and maintain reporting tables and dashboards; update administrative databases and internal systems
  • Organize buyer appointments, manage showroom visits, and coordinate calendar scheduling
  • Process and invoice management services
  • Support the buyer in day-to-day portfolio management across assigned fashion brands

Qualifications
