Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational deployment of media campaigns across print, out-of-home, digital and special activations (planning, insertion, coordination with media owners).
- Coordinate project timelines and validation workflows with internal stakeholders (buyers, CRM, brand content, image and marketing teams) and external partners (media agencies, régies, production vendors).
- Assist in organising and coordinating visual content production (shoots and filming): scheduling, briefs, on-set logistics and post-production follow-up.
- Draft, proofread and contribute to content for print and digital special operations, ensuring editorial quality and brand tone consistency in French and English.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, and contribute to performance analyses and optimisation recommendations.
- Conduct regular market and media monitoring to identify new formats and propose innovative acquisition activations.
- Support PRM initiatives focused on client renewal and participate in testing new customer acquisition mechanics in collaboration with historic partners.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or university programme with specialisation in Marketing, Communication or Media (alternance/apprenticeship required).
- Excellent written French and strong English writing skills (orthography and syntax impeccable).
- Demonstrated rigour, organisation, attention to detail and a pronounced aesthetic sensibility.
- Curiosity about media and digital ecosystems, with an interest in premium retail and gastronomy.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to propose ideas while working across multifunctional teams.
