Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Acquisition communication managers in the operational deployment of media campaigns across print, outdoor and digital channels (metro and urban poster networks, print insertions, native advertising, display, pre-roll, cinema, digital out-of-home, special operations).
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (buyers, CRM, brand content, image and marketing directors, media agencies, publishers and suppliers) to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns.
• Manage project timelines and retro-planning for briefs, content approvals and campaign rollouts; act as a project coordinator across multiple concurrent activations.
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of visual content production including shoots and filming sessions.
• Draft, proofread and help produce creative and editorial assets for print and digital special operations.
• Monitor campaign performance, contribute to monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and synthesise results to inform optimisation.
• Conduct regular media and digital watch to propose innovative formats and new activation types.
• Support PRM initiatives related to client renewal in collaboration with historic partners and participate in testing new customer acquisition mechanics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with a specialisation in Marketing, Communication or Media.
• Excellent written communication skills in French and strong proficiency in English; impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Demonstrated rigour, organisational skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Aesthetic sensitivity and interest in luxury brands, gastronomy and retail environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team and to contribute proactive ideas.

Experience

Entry-level — no previous professional experience required; internships or academic projects in media, communications or marketing are advantageous.

Education

Enrollment in a business school or university programme specialising in Marketing, Communication or Media (apprenticeship/alternance track).
