Master Data Intern at La Samaritaine, Paris. Manage product and supplier reference data within a leading luxury selective retailer; ideal for supply chain or IT students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of reference data within information systems (product articles, suppliers, orders, product characteristics).
- Monitor a portfolio of brands and ensure data quality throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Purchasing teams to collect, validate, and standardize product information for catalog management.
- Identify and analyze data quality anomalies, and contribute to their resolution.
- Develop tracking, control, and reporting tools in Excel to support continuous improvement of Master Data processes.
- Participate in projects aimed at evolving data management tools and reference data workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree from a business school, university, or engineering school with specialization in management, supply chain, information systems, or master data.
- Demonstrated rigor, strong organizational skills, and genuine curiosity about data management.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and collaborative work orientation.
- Strong communication abilities and comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders across functions.

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Internship candidates with basic knowledge of data management concepts or exposure to enterprise systems are advantaged.
Education
Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in progress or completed from an accredited business school (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, IAE), university, or engineering school. Specialization in management, supply chain management, information systems, or master data management highly preferred.
