Master Data Assistant Intern at La Samaritaine, Paris. Contribute to data quality in supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation and updating of reference data within information systems (articles, suppliers, orders, product characteristics).
- Monitor a portfolio of brands and ensure data quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Procurement teams to collect, validate, and secure necessary information for product referencing.
- Perform data quality controls, identify and analyze anomalies, and contribute to their resolution.
- Develop monitoring, control, and reporting tools using Excel to support continuous improvement of Master Data processes.
- Participate in projects related to the evolution of tools and processes governing reference data management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in business school, IAE, university, or engineering school with specialization in management, supply chain, information systems, or master data.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative working style and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (lookup functions, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with SAP is desirable.

Entry-level. This internship welcomes candidates with little to no professional experience in data management, provided they possess strong foundational skills in Excel and analytical thinking.
