6-month internship in Marketing & Events at Groupe Bon Marché, Paris. Support Women's Department catalog, pop-ups, and retail activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Fashion and Christmas catalog workflows, including chasing brands for missing information and verifying product descriptions
- Oversee sample reception and return logistics for catalog photography shoots, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate pop-up installation and dismantling operations for children's and lingerie departments, including timeline updates and Outlook calendar management
- Distribute pop-up floor plans to all participating brands and ensure completion of safety prevention documentation
- Submit installation passes and lighting requests at least 48 hours in advance; coordinate with security teams
- Identify target brands for commercial animations on children's and lingerie departments; update animation tracking tables
- Coordinate commercial animation and press day logistics, including signage requests and pass allocation for all participants
- Receive and track window display samples; maintain signage tracking documentation (pricing and product names)
- Ensure timely return of all loaned samples to brands following exhibitions and events
- Assist in press day setup and manage product return logistics
- Collaborate across multiple departments including marketing coordination, brand teams, and experiential teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4–5 years (Bac +4/5) in Marketing or related field
- Proven ability to adapt to new working methods and collaborate across multiple teams
- Recognized for organizational rigor, attention to detail, and independence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English
- Enthusiastic, dynamic approach with demonstrated curiosity and team spirit

Experience
Entry-level or early-career marketing professional with foundational experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or retail management. First-time marketing role acceptable if candidate demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4–5 years (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
