Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, stylists, suppliers, and advertising teams to manage catalogue production, including deadline tracking, sample management, product information compilation, and caption writing
• Support operational management of digital communications by briefing the digital marketing team, collecting content, coordinating shoot constraints, and conducting communication reviews
• Independently manage departmental signage and displays (pop-ups, permanent spaces, promotional stands) in coordination with the Signage department and ensure compliance with new signage guidelines
• Oversee pop-up project management from conception through installation, monitoring, and dismantling
• Participate in product selection for the e-commerce platform and liaise with brands to gather product information for transmission to e-commerce project managers
• Manage departmental sample inventory for catalogue shoots, e-commerce content, press presentations, social media, and window displays
• Provide administrative and commercial support to the buying office as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years of further studies (Bac +4/5) or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience in marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
