La Grande Epicerie de Paris (LVMH) seeks Management Accountant in Paris. Full-time permanent contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee full P&L management and monthly financial close cycles for all assigned departments and functions
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams, accounts payable, buyers, and IT to ensure merchandise flow integrity and financial impact accuracy
- Serve as the guarantee of warehouse operations, monitoring margins and coordinating between departments to safeguard financial performance
- Work with commercial department heads to analyse monthly performance across revenue, margin by product family, linear meter rentability, markdowns, and personnel costs
- Manage technical budgets for two retail locations, Supply Chain and Quality operations, and oversee CAPEX budgets across the organization
- Support operational teams in budget management and serve as the primary reference point for budget-related guidance
- Contribute to system improvements including GOLD referential database, Power BI dashboards, and Tagetik financial planning platforms
- Coordinate departmental needs and escalate IT-related topics to information systems leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in business school, university-level equivalent, with specialization in management or finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management accounting or performance piloting
- Experience in a similar retail or luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to challenge experienced stakeholders constructively while articulating value-driven perspectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pedagogical approach
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Expertise in SAP
- Knowledge of GOLD, Eliot, and Power BI a plus

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management accounting or financial performance piloting, preferably in a luxury retail environment with exposure to operational aspects of retail commerce.
Education
Advanced degree (Bac +5) from an accredited business school or equivalent university-level qualification with specialization in finance or management accounting.
