Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with warehouse supply chain teams, vendor accounting, purchasing, and IT to ensure merchandise flow coherence and financial impact alignment
• Serve as primary owner for warehouse operations, monitoring margin performance and providing alert and coordination across departments
• Partner with wine department managers to drive operational performance analysis, including monthly sales and margin analysis by product family and linear meter profitability assessment
• Manage technical budgets for both retail locations and monitor supply chain and quality expenditures; oversee capital expenditure tracking across all locations
• Guide departmental teams through budget planning and serve as the primary reference point for budget performance management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical tools including GOLD referential database, Power BI, and Tagetik

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in commerce or equivalent university qualification with specialization in management or finance
• Minimum 3 years of management accounting or operational performance management experience, preferably in a similar retail-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and SAP
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse operational stakeholders
• Comfort with evolving information systems and ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments

Experience

Minimum 3 years of management accounting or operational performance management experience, preferably in a retail or similar complex, multi-departmental environment with exposure to supply chain operations.

Education

Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification with specialization in management or finance.
