Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and direct daily warehouse operations for assigned teams, ensuring optimal workflow and merchandise flow
• Optimize storage space utilization and maintain organized, efficient stock management zones
• Enforce adherence to operational processes and procedures across all logistics activities
• Provide direct operational support and mentorship to warehouse staff
• Inspire and motivate team members while establishing clear performance expectations and metrics
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster employee autonomy and professional development
• Enforce workplace standards, manage conflicts, and promote cross-functional flexibility within warehouse operations
• Oversee mandatory management rituals including individual review meetings and team briefings
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate completion of required safety training
• Regularly review and refine operational procedures to enhance overall efficiency and performance
• Lead implementation of improvement initiatives (5S methodology, auto-replenishment, relocations) while tracking timelines and process compliance
• Measure post-implementation results and establish corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a team lead or supervisor role within warehouse or logistics operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams
• Proven experience organizing and optimizing storage spaces and merchandise flows
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in warehouse environments
• Experience implementing operational improvements and process optimization
• Ability to manage projects from initiation through deployment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
