Groupe Bon Marché seeks a Logistics Project Assistant apprentice in Paris to support supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly and weekly logistics KPIs and performance reports to stakeholders
- Participate in project review meetings, document minutes, and ensure distribution to relevant parties
- Support managers in implementing continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Facilitate and participate in improvement workshops and working sessions
- Draft procedures, operational guidelines, and training materials
- Monitor implementation of validated processes and procedures, ensuring field compliance
- Assist logistics teams in deploying new organizational structures and systems as part of enterprise projects
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Collect and analyze KPI data to quantify performance gaps and justify improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree, Engineering program, Business School, or University specializing in project management, logistics, or supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and curiosity

Entry-level; the role is designed for apprentices with no prior professional experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree, Engineering diploma, Business School degree, or University degree with specialization in project management, logistics, or supply chain.
