Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised welcome, consultation and purchasing accompaniment for clients within the lingerie department, adapting recommendations to individual needs.
- Drive sales across the full lingerie assortment — designer lingerie, hosiery, swimwear — by mastering brand-specific fits, materials and sizing and by applying consultative selling techniques through to point-of-sale.
- Ensure impeccable presentation of collections and maintain the visual and commercial standards of the sales floor.
- Support stock management activities including inventories and replenishment; participate in commercial operations and promotional events specific to the lingerie department.
- Report to the Sales Managers and collaborate proactively with the team to achieve commercial targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- First confirmed retail sales experience preferred, ideally within lingerie or intimate apparel.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build confidential, trust-based relationships with a discerning clientele.
- Dynamic, proactive and curious, demonstrating versatility, responsiveness and a collaborative team spirit.
- Alignment with brand values, exemplary interpersonal skills and professional discretion.
- English language skills preferred.
