Groupe Bon Marché seeks a legal intern in Paris to support business law affairs for six months, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial, marketing, and purchasing contracts (distribution agreements, standard terms and conditions, partnership agreements, service contracts) and IT-related agreements
- Provide legal counsel to operational teams on contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer protection
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to operational staff on relevant legal topics
- Conduct legal research, maintain legal monitoring, and prepare legal memoranda and analyses
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in business law with specialization in competition law, distribution law, or CRFPA certification
- Strong knowledge of distribution law and contract law, preferably from prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally in the retail/distribution sector
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Entry-level. Candidates should have completed relevant coursework or a prior internship in business law, ideally with experience in contract law or distribution law within a corporate or law firm environment.
Education
Master's degree (M2) in business law with specialization in competition law, distribution law, or completion of CRFPA (Centre de Formation à la Profession d'Avocat) program
