Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manufacture food products in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Execute preliminary preparation tasks, foundational mise-en-place, assembly, and finishing work under the direction of the head chef
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and workspace cleanliness and organization
