Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage annual budget and forecast development with functional department heads, providing guidance on project quantification and financial feasibility
  • Monitor and analyze actual performance (monthly and quarterly) for assigned functional areas, identifying material variances and alerting management to risks and opportunities
  • Serve as a financial business partner to assigned departments, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis sessions with budget holders, co-developing action plans to achieve departmental objectives and delivering relevant performance data
  • Contribute to periodic strategic studies within the assigned scope and validate performance measurement indicators for operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance or Business Management from an accredited business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Demonstrated interest and curiosity about retail and distribution sector dynamics
  • Strong analytical capability and rigorous approach to financial data
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both oral and written communication
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
