Bon Marché Group seeks a Junior Management Accountant in Paris, France for hybrid budget and financial analysis role within La Samaritaine operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage budget construction and revision cycles with functional directors, providing challenge, guidance, and support in quantifying various projects
- Monitor and analyze actual monthly and quarterly performance across departments to identify key trends and alert management to risks and opportunities
- Serve as financial business partner to various departments, tracking and reporting on key financial performance indicators
- Support departmental budget owners in monthly analysis of operational metrics and co-develop action plans to achieve targets, providing relevant financial information and insights
- Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects within the designated scope and validate performance measurement indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management from a recognized business school or equivalent university qualification
- First professional experience in a similar management accounting or financial controller role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

Entry-level; first professional experience post-graduation in a management accounting or financial control function required. Demonstrated strong interest in the retail and distribution sector is essential.
