Role & Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment and stock reorders for haircare and, when required, skincare ranges within the beauty department.
- Plan and negotiate commercial activations (marble tables, display tables): produce schedules, negotiate with brands and oversee operational set‑up and signage implementation.
- Source, negotiate and develop seasonal packaging and pouches for key events (Mother's Day, Christmas): design development, leaflet copy and assembly coordination.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with store teams, stock controllers and partner brands to ensure smooth execution of commercial operations.
- Prospect and assess potential new brand partners and suppliers.
- Prepare and update contractual documents and amendments (CU and related addenda).
- Manage faulty returns and expired product flows for the Atelier Bien‑Être.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding Bac+4 level studies in business, luxury management, fashion or equivalent (business school, IFM, university).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; practical experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Curiosity for trends across beauty categories and clear product sensibility.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional purchasing experience. This is an alternance (work‑study) apprenticeship starting September 2026.
Education
Bac+4 level studies in business, fashion, luxury management or equivalent (business school, IFM, university).
