Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients as valued guests, ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the maison's heritage and values
- Advise clients on jewelry products and execute sales transactions through point-of-sale closure
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction through personalized service
- Maintain merchandise presentation, visual displays, and sales floor organization to reflect the maison's aesthetic standards
- Participate in inventory management, identify stock replenishment needs, and propose reorders
- Support inventory counts and special commercial operations as scheduled
Qualifications
- First professional experience in sales or customer-facing retail roles
- Fluent English; knowledge of a second language preferred
