Role & Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and coordinate team workflow while optimizing workspace utilization
- Ensure strict adherence to established processes across all logistics operations and implement corrective actions when discrepancies arise
- Provide operational support and guidance to logistics personnel on a consistent basis
- Inspire and motivate team members by establishing clear performance expectations and measuring individual and collective achievement
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while fostering employee autonomy and professional development
- Maintain discipline, address conflicts constructively, and promote cross-functional versatility within the logistics department
- Conduct and document mandatory management rituals including individual review meetings and team assemblies

- Supervise implementation of strategic projects including 5S methodology, inventory replenishment systems, and facility relocations while monitoring timeline adherence and post-deployment performance
