Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and deployment of the internal control framework across company departments, including drafting, updating and embedding procedures and recommendations.
- Identify, evaluate and analyse operational, financial and compliance risks for Le Bon Marché and La Grande Épicerie de Paris.
- Perform control testing to verify adherence to established procedures, detect gaps and propose remedial actions to optimise processes.
- Design and contribute to reporting on processes and risk exposure; develop recommendations and implement new processes or action plans when required.
- Monitor the execution and effectiveness of remediation plans and control recommendations; ensure sustainable closure of identified issues.
- Organise and deliver awareness and training sessions for store teams on internal control best practices; support onboarding of new employees on control and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams, participate in follow-up meetings and communicate control results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification, ideally with a specialisation in audit, internal control or risk management.
- Analytical rigour with strong synthesis capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with operational stakeholders across functions.
- Proactive mindset, good initiative and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Experience
Entry-level / junior candidates accepted. A first professional experience in audit, internal control or risk management is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Audit, Finance, Risk Management or equivalent.
