Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily store operations at La Samaritaine using IT tools such as PowerBI and Excel, while interacting with sales teams.
  • Present monthly reports to the Store Management.
  • Learn and apply LVMH internal control frameworks and assist in updating and harmonizing store operational procedures in collaboration with process stakeholders (sales, cash handling, customer service, operations, stock & logistics, security, etc.).
  • Participate in cross-functional audits and testing of back-office processes, providing feedback to top management.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects within the Finance Department, including training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance or Audit (BAC +4/5) with ideally some experience in audit and/or internal control.
  • Interest in luxury product distribution within a retail or department store environment.

Skills

Dynamic, curious, and rigorous with a strong sense of autonomy and teamwork. Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous. Fluent in English.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in audit or internal control, though beginners are welcome.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance or Audit (BAC +4/5).
