Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the editor for internal media, including the Intranet, newsletters, and digital displays, by producing engaging and connective content.
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar to highlight news and talents within the maisons.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal events for employees, promoting the Bon Marché Sports Union activities.
  • Support the deployment of new internal communication initiatives and propose enhancements to employee engagement strategies.
  • Implement original initiatives that boost team engagement, cohesion, and pride.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Creative sensibility and a keen eye for design. Autonomy, meticulousness, and organizational skills. Curiosity, adaptability, and operational proficiency. Strong interpersonal skills and human qualities.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or equivalent.
