Groupe Bon Marché — Paris: Interior Architect (contract) for La Samaritaine, 18-month CDD, expert in luxury retail project delivery and 3D visualisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new architectural concepts and detailed spatial layouts for store environments, including furniture, lighting and material palettes.
- Produce presentation dossiers and visualisations for stakeholders, with mandatory use of 3D imagery and renderings.
- Prepare technical project documentation across APS, APD, DCE and EXE phases for both fit-out and shell spaces.
- Coordinate and follow up with external contributors (external architects, engineering consultancies, executive construction teams) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules and allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with internal departments (commercial, operations, brand teams) to design brand implantations and in-store layouts.
- Maintain clear, accurate communication and information flow between all project actors.
- Champion eco-design principles and ensure sustainability commitments are integrated into project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience on high-end projects (retail, hospitality or F&B) with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery.
- Proven track record producing APS/APD/DCE/EXE documentation for luxury projects.
- Excellent 3D visualisation and presentation capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- High-level interpersonal skills, diplomacy and experience liaising with demanding stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience delivering high-end architectural or interior projects, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality or upscale restaurant environments; demonstrable experience managing external consultants and construction execution.
Education
Architect or Interior Architect degree (professional diploma or equivalent).
