Groupe Bon Marché seeks an Infrastructure Systems Engineering Apprentice in Paris. Hybrid role supporting IT operations across cloud and on-premise environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise IT infrastructures including systems, middleware, and databases
- Diagnose, resolve, and escalate incidents with appropriate prioritization
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous infrastructure availability
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support for Windows and Linux environments
- Administer NET/IIS, Tomcat, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL platforms
- Analyze system logs and troubleshoot application issues
- Participate in cloud deployment and migration projects toward Azure, GCP, and Scaleway
- Support production deployments and hybrid architecture evolution
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to optimize service quality and infrastructure processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Bac+4) or Masters degree (Bac+5) in computer science or information technology
- Solid knowledge of systems administration, networking, and cloud environments
- Technical proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with middleware technologies (NET/IIS, Tomcat) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for infrastructure administration, system supervision, or hybrid environment management
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure
