Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the indirect purchasing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Indirect Purchasing.
- Collect, consolidate and prioritise internal purchasing needs across departments and translate them into formal consultation dossiers.
- Prepare and manage calls for tenders: issue RFPs, coordinate stakeholder input, organise supplier consultations and analyse proposals.
- Participate in supplier negotiations to secure optimal total cost, lead times, quality, environmental and safety conditions.
- Monitor contract implementation and supplier performance; propose corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and administer procurement databases and purchasing tools to ensure data integrity and reporting capability.
- Promote purchasing best practices internally and communicate the added value of procurement decisions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bac+5 programme in business, commerce or equivalent (master’s level) — specialisation in purchasing/procurement is a plus.
- Strong organisational rigor, ability to manage multiple dossiers in parallel and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and a collaborative team spirit.
- Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach and basic commercial negotiation aptitude.
- Proficiency with Pack Office.
- Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; the position is suitable for candidates in a Bac+5 apprenticeship programme. Previous internships or coursework in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain are advantageous.
Education
Master's degree level (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce, Procurement or equivalent; specialisation in purchasing is a plus.
