Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy HR policy for support functions, adapting it to each department’s operational priorities.
• Support departments with organizational projects, transformation initiatives and team development.
• Advise managers on individual and collective HR matters.
• Manage sensitive individual cases, including complex files, and support the team on day-to-day HR matters.
• Lead recruitment across a diverse range of roles and anticipate workforce and skills needs.
• Ensure effective onboarding and manage personnel administration to a high operational standard.
• Lead employee relations within the scope and contribute to preparing works council meetings, committees and negotiation sessions.
• Support employee development in collaboration with the Learning and HR Development teams.
• Contribute to compensation policy and annual salary reviews with the Compensation and Benefits teams.
• Ensure implementation of occupational health, safety and prevention policy with the Health and Safety team.
• Maintain the quality and reliability of HR data, processes and reporting across the scope.
• Lead, support and develop the team day to day.
• Work closely with fellow HR Managers for Le Bon Marché, La Grande Épicerie de Paris and Samaritaine to ensure consistency in the Group’s HR policy.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in demanding support-function or corporate environments.
• Excellent command of a broad range of HR topics.
• Strategic perspective combined with strong operational excellence.
• Ability to navigate complexity and work with stakeholders across professions and levels of responsibility.
• Strong listening and empathy skills, with situational intelligence.
• Advisory, influencing and support capabilities.
• Leadership and collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.

Skills

Experience

At least 8 years in an HR generalist role; the profile specifies a minimum of 10 years overall.

Education

Higher education in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
