Samaritaine (Groupe Bon Marché) seeks an HR Coordinator Intern in Paris, France. Full-time alternance contract supporting recruitment and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, define selection criteria, and develop candidate profiles
- Draft and distribute job postings across multiple platforms
- Source candidates, manage application workflows, and conduct screening interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with managers and oversee onboarding and probationary periods
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer personnel file management for assigned business units
- Support the implementation of annual performance reviews and talent management initiatives
- Assist with annual salary review processes and competitive compensation recommendations
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and strategic initiatives across the extended HR team
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Foundational knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices preferred
