Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for fixed-term contracts, internships and apprenticeships: define needs, draft and publish job notices, implement sourcing strategy and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners up to offer and onboarding.
- Manage the operational aspects of hiring and personnel administration: pre-boarding, statutory hiring declarations (DPAE), employment contracts and contract amendments, and timely signature tracking.
- Prepare administrative correspondence related to employee lifecycle events and maintain accurate personnel files and HR information systems.
- Coordinate with reception, payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless employee integration and HR service delivery.
- Produce regular activity reporting and dashboards to the HR team; support the governance of intern and apprentice communities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in Human Resources or a business school programme with HR specialisation (alternance format).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and polished professional demeanour.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisational aptitude and proactivity; able to manage multiple administrative processes concurrently.
- Comfort working transversally with managers and cross-functional teams across headquarters and retail environments.
- Fluency in French required; professional-level English is advantageous.
