La Samaritaine (Groupe Bon Marché) in Paris seeks a Human Resources Apprentice (alternance) to support recruitment and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment end-to-end: define needs with hiring managers, write and post job adverts, source candidates, screen applications and participate in interviews alongside the HR team and managers.
- Coordinate onboarding and probation follow-up to ensure smooth integration of new hires and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration for the assigned perimeter, including employee file maintenance and administrative follow-up in liaison with the HR Manager.
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews and the compensation review cycle.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with the wider HR team; tasks will evolve according to aptitude and business needs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (Bachelors/Masters level).
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and a strict respect for confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset, dynamism and organisational rigour.
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation.
- Basic knowledge of French labour law and recruitment processes is advantageous.
- Intermediate level of English required.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience. Prior internships or first experiences in HR, luxury retail or fashion are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary-level diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
