Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation and evolution of the HRIS, acting as the primary liaison between HR teams, end users and technical teams.
• Specify functional requirements, contribute to solution design and validate new HRIS functionalities through testing.
• Manage and resolve technico-functional incidents, process support tickets and ensure continuity of service.
• Monitor HRIS performance and put in place preventive actions to guarantee system availability.
• Ensure correct operation of interfaces with payroll (Paie), time & attendance (GTA) and other connected systems.
• Propose and drive improvements to increase efficiency and modernize the HRIS landscape.
• Maintain and update HR tools including talent management modules, reference data and system interfaces.
• Produce and maintain user documentation, training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide daily support and guidance to end users, escalating complex issues to technical teams when required.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders regarding incidents, changes and project progress.
• Conduct market and technological watch on HRIS trends and recommend relevant evolutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources (preferably HRIS) or degree in IT with HR specialization.
• Minimum 3 years' proven experience in HRIS, HR systems project management or related HRIS support roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent management, payroll, time & attendance) and HRIS best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and end users.
• Demonstrated autonomy, organisation and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills; rigorous approach to testing and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfortable with digital tools.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HRIS, HR systems implementation/support or HR project management.

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources (preferably with HRIS specialization) or degree in Information Technology with HR specialization.
