Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and validations for retail store positions
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding procedures for new employees
- Administer personnel documentation including contracts, amendments, and employee administrative records
- Support retail HR managers with strategic human resources issues and daily operational matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and labor regulations

Qualifications
