Le Bon Marché, Paris: Fixed-term HR Manager for La Samaritaine maternity cover, 6 months from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR Business Partner to store leadership and operational management, advising on organizational development and HR policy implementation
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for permanent, fixed-term, internship, and apprenticeship positions
- Oversee personnel administration including contracts, amendments, and probationary period monitoring
- Deploy performance reviews and associated salary reviews across the assigned scope in accordance with Group processes
- Proactively manage talent through identification of development opportunities, succession planning implementation, and career pathway management
- Facilitate internal mobility across La Samaritaine and LVMH entities
- Monitor individual development plans and career progression to ensure alignment with validated HR strategy
- Collaborate with broader HR functions (payroll, training, social cost management) to co-construct HR and social relations policies
- Lead cross-functional HR projects supporting organizational initiatives
- Support conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policy-related employee concerns
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in generalist HR or employment law roles, ideally within retail or luxury selective distribution
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy and establish priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative approach to HR management
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness in advisory capacity
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity to build strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated proficiency in proximity social dialogue
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR or employment law function, ideally within a retail environment. The candidate should possess operational HR expertise and a track record of delivering strategic advisory support to store management across all HR disciplines.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent.
Workplace
