Bon Marché seeks HR Development Specialist in Paris via full-time alternation contract to support recruitment and talent management for retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Post and distribute job announcements across multiple job boards and career platforms
  • Screen candidate applications through CV review and qualification telephone interviews
  • Schedule recruitment interviews with managers and HR Business Partners
  • Participate in recruitment interviews conducted alongside hiring managers
  • Prepare job offer proposals and employee onboarding documentation
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events including career fairs and job forums
  • Manage internship requests for placements under three months
  • Conduct integration meetings, exit interviews, six-year reviews, and long absence return meetings
  • Participate in talent review sessions and review annual performance assessments to identify internal mobility opportunities
  • Support internal mobility processes and career transitions
  • Update and maintain position descriptions and competency frameworks
  • Conduct ad hoc HR studies on topics including compensation, employee benefits, and workplace equality
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the recruitment process including candidate tracking and rejection correspondence
  • Update HR dashboards and reporting tools related to recruitment and training metrics
  • Draft internal correspondence and memoranda related to talent development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent business school diploma with HR specialization
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with service-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, dynamism, and reliability
  • Familiarity with and genuine interest in retail sector operations and functions
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with recognized organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and functional departments
