Bon Marché Group HR Development Coordinator internship (alternance) in Paris. Support recruitment and talent development in selective retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment operations including job posting, candidate screening, telephone interviews, and scheduling interview appointments with managers and HR Business Partners
  • Participate in recruitment interviews alongside senior HR professionals and coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and job forums
  • Prepare job offer proposals and onboarding documentation for successful candidates
  • Manage and track internship requests (under 3 months duration) and maintain career follow-up mechanisms such as integration meetings, exit interviews, and 6-year reviews
  • Support talent review processes and internal mobility initiatives; identify mobility opportunities through annual performance review analysis
  • Participate in position descriptor and competency framework updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational strategy
  • Conduct ad-hoc HR studies on compensation, employee benefits, and workplace equality
  • Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks including candidate tracking, rejection communications, and correspondence
  • Update and maintain HR dashboards and tools related to recruitment and training activities; prepare internal memos and correspondence on talent development matters

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Human Resources or graduate degree from a business school with specialization in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated commitment to client and candidate service
  • Proactive mindset with reputation for rigor, organizational capability, and collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders and internal departments
