Alternance HR Coordinator position at Samaritaine in Paris, France. Support recruitment and personnel administration within luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational managers to define recruitment needs, criteria, and candidate profiles
- Draft and distribute job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Source and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Conduct candidate interviews in coordination with hiring managers and the HR lead
- Monitor onboarding processes and probationary periods for newly hired employees
- Support employee tracking and career progression management within assigned portfolio
- Assist with administrative personnel follow-up and documentation
- Participate in annual performance reviews and talent reviews as directed
- Support the implementation of annual compensation policy and salary increase processes
- Contribute to broader HR department projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a higher education diploma in Human Resources
- Strong demonstrated interest in the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality awareness
- Knowledge of labour law and recruitment best practices preferred
