Groupe Bon Marché seeks a Health, Safety & Prevention Officer on a 4-month fixed-term contract in Paris to coordinate occupational health and safety across its retail brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the design, implementation, and monitoring of occupational risk prevention initiatives across all three brands
- Oversee the annual update and evolution of the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in collaboration with stakeholders
- Deploy, monitor, and champion the occupational health and safety action plan (PAPRIPACT) with all relevant parties
- Maintain regulatory vigilance and support teams on workplace health and safety compliance matters
- Develop, track, and analyse Health & Safety performance indicators and KPIs across the group
- Prepare and facilitate Health & Safety topics for employee representative bodies (CSE and CSSCT)
- Design and deliver awareness campaigns and risk prevention training sessions
- Support operational teams in developing and monitoring prevention plans tailored to their specific contexts
- Investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, and dangerous situations; lead corrective action follow-up and share lessons learned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in occupational health, safety, and risk prevention
- Ideally, background in the retail or selective distribution sector
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and assessing professional risks
- Strong understanding of French occupational health and safety legislation
- Track record of effective stakeholder engagement across operational and senior management levels

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in occupational health, safety, and risk prevention, ideally within the retail sector. Proven ability to engage effectively with operational teams and translate complex safety concepts into actionable programmes.
