Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and present assigned product categories with attention to visual merchandising and customer engagement
- Execute shelf stocking, product rotation, and maintain compliance with best-before and use-by dates
- Participate in stock management, order placement, and shrinkage control procedures
- Verify signage accuracy, product labeling, and promotional displays; implement necessary corrections
- Support category resets, promotional set-ups, inventory counts, and inventory preparation activities
- Provide knowledgeable product consultation, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- First experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share product knowledge and personal taste
