Le Bon Marché is hiring Gift Wrappers to support its customer relations team at the Emballoir gift-wrapping spaces during the year-end holiday season. The role is full-time and fixed-term (CDD), welcoming customers, preparing gift packages to the house’s standards and managing queues while delivering high-quality service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive customers as guests.
- Prepare gift packages in accordance with Le Bon Marché’s established standards.
- Check proof of purchase and manage customer queues and flow.
- Deliver the highest quality of service and customer relations, from greeting customers through to handing over their gift packages.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, warm and generous.
- Enjoys customer interaction, has a strong service orientation and is motivated by creating a positive customer experience.
- Proactive, energetic and meticulous.
- Motivated to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in English.
