Groupe Bon Marché seeks an Experience Project Manager in Paris to manage event programming and experiential coordination for luxury retail venues on a fixed-term contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-develop event and experiential programming (on-site and off-site initiatives) in collaboration with the Director of Artistic and Image and Director of Experiences for Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris
  • Coordinate deployment of experiences across internal teams while navigating organizational processes and constraints
  • Oversee implementation and tracking of experiences including planning, internal coordination, budget management, vendor oversight, and pass issuance
  • Establish ticketing infrastructure by sourcing visuals, refining messaging, and completing event collateral
  • Organize in-store client reception and guest management
  • Manage logistics and operational setup for performances and experiential elements
  • Propose pricing structures and program frequency to the Director of Experiences to ensure profitability and monitor budget performance
  • Supply the Marketing and Communications departments with advance programming information adhering to submission deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in events, event design, and spectacle coordination
  • Demonstrated creativity and intellectual curiosity within event conception
  • Excellent organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination capabilities
  • Fluency in both French and English, with English proficiency being essential
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion and culinary trends
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication abilities
