Bon Marché seeks an Events Project Manager in Paris to coordinate luxury retail experiences and performances on a fixed-term basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-develop event and experience programming (including special activations and off-site events) for Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris alongside the Artistic Director and Experience Director
- Coordinate deployment of experiences across all internal teams while accounting for operational processes and constraints
- Oversee implementation and monitoring of experiences including planning, internal organization, budget management, vendor coordination, and pass management
- Establish ticketing infrastructure including visual assets, copy, and event documentation
- Organize and manage in-store client reception and guest experience
- Manage logistics related to experiences and guest attendance
- Direct operational setup and execution of performances and spectacles
- Propose pricing strategies and recurrence schedules to the Experience Director to ensure profitability and financial performance
- Brief Marketing and Communications teams on upcoming experience programming in advance and within established timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in events management, event design, and coordination of events and performances
- Demonstrated creativity and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and gastronomy sectors
- Fluent English (essential); excellent French communication
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
