Le Bon Marché Paris internship: 6-month VIP Events & Client Relations role for luxury retail professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Development Manager and Partnerships lead in luxury clientele acquisition and retention strategy
- Coordinate meetings with partner brands and maisons to conceptualize and execute client events
- Develop comprehensive event briefs and prepare client data extractions in collaboration with the CRM department
- Manage VIP event logistics including client targeting, list analysis, invitation creation, outreach, and on-site presence for private events both at Le Bon Marché and external venues
- Propose innovative service offerings and new event formats tailored to the department store's most valued clients
- Contribute strategic input to cross-functional store initiatives
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on loyalty program event strategies and VIP reception standards
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or university, ideally with specialization in Retail or Luxury (Bac +4/5 level or equivalent)
- Demonstrable ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and a genuine passion for client service
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
