Le Bon Marché internship: Events & Client Relations Intern in Paris, France (Sept–Dec 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with partner brands and maisons to conceptualize client events and develop event briefs in collaboration with the CRM department
  • Coordinate VIP client events including audience targeting, client list analysis, invitation design, phoning outreach, and on-site presence at private events in-store and externally
  • Devise new client services and event formats tailored to premium and VIP customer segments
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking on luxury retail loyalty programs, VIP event programming, and competitor hospitality practices
  • Contribute strategic recommendations to cross-departmental store initiatives
  • Manage client data extraction requests and ensure accurate audience segmentation for targeted activations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in business administration or a related university programme, ideally with specialization in retail or luxury management
  • Fluent English proficiency
