Le Bon Marché — Paris: Events & Client Relations Intern (Sept–Dec 2026). Full-time internship supporting VIP events and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Client Development and Partnerships in strategies to acquire and grow a high-end local and international client base.
- Draft event briefs and prepare client extraction requests in close collaboration with the CRM department.
- Coordinate VIC (Very Important Client) events end-to-end: list targeting and analysis, invitation creation, telephone outreach and onsite presence at private events both in-store and off-site.
- Liaise with brand partners and Maisons to plan and produce client-facing events.
- Propose new client services and innovative event formats tailored to top clients.
- Contribute to cross-functional store projects and act as a proactive project collaborator.
- Produce competitive benchmarks focused on event-driven loyalty programs and VIP reception practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or university program at Bac+4/5 level, ideally specialized in retail or luxury management.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client-service orientation.
- High level of organization, rigor and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Creative, curious and energetic with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. Previous internships or hands-on experience in events, client relations or luxury retail are an advantage but not required.
Education
Business school or university level Bac+4/5, ideally with a specialization in Retail or Luxury.
