Le Bon Marché internship: Events and Client Relations Coordinator, Paris. Support VIP client strategy September–December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Development and Partnerships Manager in formulating high-end client acquisition and development strategy for both local and international markets
- Establish event briefs and coordinate customer data extraction requests in close collaboration with the CRM department
- Orchestrate VIP client events including customer segmentation analysis, invitation design, telephone outreach, and on-site coordination both at Le Bon Marché and external venues
- Identify and propose innovative service offerings and event formats tailored to the department store's most valued clients
- Contribute strategic recommendations to cross-functional store initiatives and projects
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses of luxury retail loyalty programs and VIP reception practices to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bac +4/5) in business school or university program, ideally with specialization in Retail or Luxury sectors
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service and relationship management
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English language proficiency
