Groupe Bon Marché in Paris seeks an Employee Facilities Coordinator (CDI, full-time) to manage staff lockers and upkeep of employee facilities across three stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage allocation, reassignment and administrative records of employee lockers, maintaining accurate entries in One HR.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee enquiries about lockers and staff facilities.
- Coordinate weekly openings of unreturned lockers in collaboration with security teams.
- Oversee cleanliness, upkeep and functionality of staff locker rooms, restrooms and break rooms across three stores; coordinate cleaning and technical interventions.
- Monitor daily cleaning service performance and verify conformity of completed interventions.
- Identify, request and follow up on maintenance and cleaning work orders; ensure quality control of third‑party providers.
- Manage collection and redistribution of employee donations and handle lost & found in accordance with internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, maintenance and workplace safety rules.
- Propose continuous improvements to general services and employee facility processes.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience updating HR/facilities records in systems such as One HR.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise concurrent operational tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset when interacting with employees and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with security, cleaning and technical teams and to control the quality of external service providers.
- Proactive problem-solver with initiative and a collaborative team spirit.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, workplace services, building operations or hospitality/retail support functions, preferably within a multi-site or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational qualification or training in facilities management, building services, health & safety or equivalent preferred.
